Lerbjerggård ligger i Melby i Nordsjælland. Lerbjerggård er et økologisk jordbrug dyrket efter regenerative principper. Lerbjerggård er på 4 hektar, og her dyrkes både ribs og radiser, salat og spisekastanjer, hakurei og hestebønner – og alt derimellem. Gården har nemlig både marker, drivhuse og en skovhave med over 500 træer og buske. Produktionen sælges primært til lokale restauranter, en højskole og i gårdens stalddørssalg.

Brinkholm ligger ved Karise på Sydsjælland. Med sine 30 hektar er gården den største i Andelsgaarde-familien. Det Grønne Forskernetværk (DGFN) er et initiativ startet af en gruppe forskere fra forskellige danske universiteter i foråret 2023. Formålet med netværket er at skabe et nyt politisk fællesskab på tværs af de danske universiteter, der sætter fokus på de igangværende økologiske og klimatiske kriser og sammen presser på for at fremme retfærdige og ambitiøse løsninger. I samarbejde med andre initiativer og organisationer på det grønne område vil DGFN arbejde for, at Danmark påtager sig sit historiske ansvar for de igangværende økologiske kriser og forpligter sig på at leve op til de målsætninger, der er fastlagt i Paris-aftalen, samt bidrage til at fremme nye og mere vidtgående politiske tiltag, der rækker ud over eksisterende målsætninger.

Hammersly ligger i Rutsker på det nordlige Bornholm og er et økologisk certificeret, regenerativt landbrug på 10 hektar efter økologiske og regenerative principper. På Hammersly dyrkes både frugt og grønt, urter, blomster og svampe. Landbruget har en aspargesmark, en jordbærmark og en kartoffelmark, et markedshavebrug med bl.a. kål, gulerødder og hvidløg, flere drivhuse med bl.a. tomater, agurker og auberginer, en svampeproduktion, en lille frugt- og nøddehave samt blomsterbede med både spiselige blomster og blomster til buketter. Produktionen sælges gennem en grøntsagsordning, i gårdens gårdbutik og direkte til lokale restauranter. En stor del af Hammerslys samlede areal er udlagt til natur med en lille skov og en nyligt genoprettet sø til glæde for både dyr, fugle, tudser og insekter – og selvfølgelig til stor fryd for alle os, der kommer forbi!

Det drejer sig om en ny form for medie under navnet Citizen Project. Kroen skal udbygges betragteligt til at kunne rumme meget mere fællesskab, mad og økologi. Den filantropiske forening Realdania, Lokale og Anlægsfonden, Spar Nord Fonden og Aalborg Kommune støtter projektet. Mad- og Kulturhuset skal være et regionalt forankret fyrtårn for udvikling af økologisk madkultur, stærke sociale- og faglige netværk og lokale fællesskaber. Det bygger på Halkær Kros 30-årige succes med at skabe nye tiltag, løfte lokalområdet og knytte tætte bånd. Halkær Kro Mad & Kulturhus skal give lokalområdets potentialer for mad- og naturoplevelser et nyt og potent afsæt, skabe grobund for nye fællesskaber og blive det naturlige lokale mødested. Skolerne vil have et naturligt udgangspunkt for naturnære oplevelser, de cyklende får et indholdsrigt pitstop og de unge får nye muligheder for at dyrke mad, musik og fællesskab. For et par år siden købte Halkær Kro jord til. Det skete for at beskytte landsbyens drikkevand og i samarbejde med kommunen. 8 ha konventionel majsmark blev omlagt til økologisk

Nordic Impact Funds arbejder for at skabe forbedrede levevilkår i Østafrika. Det gør de ved at investere i Østafrikanske virksomheder med gode løsninger på klimatilpasning og på fattigdommens udfordringer. Det er organisationens overbevisning, at økonomisk bæredygtige virksomheder, der skaber muligheder for job, indkomst og adgang til nødvendige produkter og ydelser for folk i de laveste indkomstgrupper, er vejen til en bæredygtig og langsigtet udvikling i Østafrika. Myrrhis skovlandbrug og permakulturhaven.dk er etableret og drives af Karoline Nolsø Aaen og Tycho Holcomb. Karoline Nolsø Aaen og Tycho Holcomb bor sammen med deres søn Aiken i et selvbygget halm- og uldhus på Friland, Djursland. Siden 2012 har parret skabt en oase af spiselige planter på og omkring deres hus og er selvforsynende med (næsten) alt, hvad der kan dyrkes på danske breddegrader. Karoline og Tycho blev i 2017 akkrediteret Diplom i Permakultur for deres dybdegående design og realisering af deres helhedstænkende hjem og have. Karoline (uddannet biolog) og Tycho (inkarneret plantemand) har siden 2017 etableret og drevet skovlandbruget Myrrhis, der omfatter markedshave med høst-selv grønsagsabonnement til lokale, produktion af grønt, bær, frugt og nødder, plantefrø og planteskole, samt integreret dyrehold af kaniner, gæs, høns, ænder, heste, malkegeder og får.

Katrinelunden er forsøgs- og demonstrationsgård. Vi afprøver og udvikler metoder til klimaneutral planteavl og husdyrhold, og samtidig har vi et kompromisløst fokus på dyrevelfærd og fødevareproduktion af høj kvalitet.Demonstrationsgården bygges op af følgende dele: Skovlandbruget – består af små agre med flerårige urter, der ved stribeafgræsning danner et stort rodnet. Agrene adskilles af billebanker, små volde med vilde planter, blomster og fritstående fodertræer. Billebankerne tiltrækker insekter og fugle og træerne binder Co2, forbedrer jordkvaliteten og deres frugter skaber smagsværdi i kødet hos de græssende dyr. Granplantagen giver ly for sol, vind og frost og omdannes langsomt til mere varieret skovvækst, med lysninger hvor løvtræer skyder op. Her bor søerne med et årligt kuld grise samt en flok gæs.

Vi har passion for planter, dyr og mennesker. Derfor har vi udviklet vores sted så der er plads til alle. Vores produktionen af træer og buske har rod i en årelang interesse for at forædle og formere sorter til det ”spiselige landskab”. Vores speciale ligger inden for nøddetræer bl.a. valnød, hassel, hjertenød, spisekastanje, mandel og eksoter som, abrikos, fersken morbær og figen. Vores sorter er nøje udvalgt efter krav om sundhed, hårdførhed, vækstkraft, frugtudbytte og kvalitet og så er størstedelen af vore planter statskontrolleret økologisk hvilket betyder at vi aldrig kunne drømme om at bruge gift eller kunstig gødning.

Økologikonsulent med speciale i holistisk afgræsning, Thorkild Nissen, der tidligere var kvægbrugskonsulent, er stærk tilhænger af metoden. Han er konsulent i Holistisk Økologi og anvender holistisk afgræsning i sit eget kvægbrug på øen Egholm, der ligger i Limfjorden ved Aalborg. Metoden går helt enkelt ud på at lade kvæget græsse, mens det kontinuerligt flyttes til fra sted til sted. På den måde bides græsset aldrig helt ned, og der er altid nyt frisk foder.

På Oregaard, Bevaringscenter for Gamle Danske Husdyrracer, kæmper vi for vores sjældne, oprindelige, gamle husdyrracer. Mange af husdyrracerne har været tæt på udryddelse. Nogen af racerne er mere sjældne end truede dyr, som panda, tiger og næsehorn. De gamle husdyrracer er et stykke dansk kulturhistorie, der har bidraget til at skabe det velfærdssamfund vi har i dag. De er et levende, visuelt klenodie skabt gennem 12 000 år af husdyrnomader og husmænd. Dyrene beriger det danske landskab og den danske natur, men ikke nok med det. Deres gener og egenskaber, der er opbygget gennem årtusinder, er en fremtidssikring for det danske landbrug.
